Melissa Ross

In December 2008, NITConnect named Melissa Ross as its new CTO. In this role, Melissa manages NIT’s professional services staff, as well as the company’s customer relationships. She also oversees project management for large infrastructure implementation and day-to-day, internal technology operations.

Melissa’s leadership, project management and customer relationship management skills have already proven to be valuable assets to the growing IT company as she helps customers reap the benefits of top-notch IT services.

Melissa was previously a Director at Orchestria Inc. where she was responsible for managing enterprise-wide implementations for many of its largest customers. She brings more than 15 years experience in technical support and project implementation, having served in management roles for a wide range of industries including finance, media, insurance and non-profits.

Melissa received her Masters Degree in Information Systems from New York University.
